Uno de los momentos más gratificantes de nuestra movilidad en Polonia fue aprender sobre cultura a través de la comida.
Junto con nuestros amigos polacos, descubrimos la tradición de preparar pierogi caseros, uno de los platos más emblemáticos de la gastronomía polaca. Desde la preparación del relleno hasta el moldeado de la masa, la actividad se convirtió en mucho más que un taller de cocina.
Lo que comenzó en la cocina se transformó en un espacio de trabajo en equipo, intercambio cultural y muchas risas.
✨ Recetas diferentes, tradiciones diferentes, pero el mismo deseo de compartir, aprender y conectar.
Porque el aprendizaje intercultural no se trata solo de descubrir nuevas culturas, sino de crear experiencias juntos.

One of the most enjoyable moments of our mobility in Poland was learning about culture through food.
Together with our Polish friends, we discovered the tradition of making homemade pierogi – one of the most iconic dishes of Polish cuisine. From preparing the filling to shaping the dough, the activity became much more than a cooking workshop.
What started in the kitchen turned into a space for teamwork, cultural exchange, and plenty of laughter.
✨ Different recipes, different traditions, but the same desire to share, learn, and connect.
Because intercultural learning is not only about discovering new cultures — it’s about creating experiences together.
