Sumergirme en el curso de formación «Muéstrame tus herramientas» en Busteni, Rumanía, del 4 al 13 de diciembre, fue mucho más que una experiencia educativa. Fue un viaje donde cada día descubrí nuevas herramientas, nuevas perspectivas y, lo más importante, hice amistades que perdurarán.
Desde el principio, el enfoque en habilidades, herramientas y técnicas de intervención condujo a un constante intercambio de conocimientos. La diversidad de perspectivas presentes en el grupo hizo que cada actividad fuera única, una oportunidad constante para aprender y crecer.
El trabajo en equipo se convirtió en un viaje hacia objetivos comunes. La colaboración y habilidades de cada participante se fusionaron, creando entre nosotros un vínculo especial, basado en la confianza y la cooperación.
Explorar las características del facilitador ideal desencadenó no sólo reflexiones sobre nuestras propias habilidades, sino también una explosión de creatividad entre los participantes. Aprendimos que la diversidad de enfoques es esencial para el éxito de cualquier proyecto.
Conocer las asociaciones en cada país participante abrió ventanas a la diversidad de objetivos en toda Europa. La velada intercultural fue una experiencia sensorial que nos sumergió en la riqueza de cada cultura representada, desde comidas típicas hasta bailes y tradiciones.
Este curso de formación no sólo me dio herramientas prácticas, sino también nuevas amistades. Socializar con personas de diferentes países amplió mis horizontes y me dio una perspectiva más amplia sobre la vida y la diversidad cultural.
En Busteni, Rumania, no sólo aprendí sobre herramientas y técnicas; Descubrí la importancia de la colaboración, la creatividad y la apertura a nuevas experiencias. Esta experiencia no sólo será un capítulo de mi historia, sino un tesoro de aprendizajes y amistades que atesoraré por el resto de mi vida.
Immersing myself in the «Show me your tools» Training Course in Busteni, Romania, from 4 to 13 December, was much more than an educational experience. It was a journey where every day I discovered new tools, new perspectives and, most importantly, made friendships that will last.
From the beginning, the focus on skills, tools and intervention techniques led to constant knowledge sharing. The diversity of perspectives present in the group made each activity unique, a constant opportunity to learn and grow.
Teamwork became a journey towards common goals. The collaboration and skills of each participant merged, creating a special bond between us, based on trust and cooperation.
Exploring the characteristics of the ideal facilitator triggered not only reflections on our own skills, but also an explosion of creativity among the participants. We learned that diversity of approaches is essential to the success of any project.
Learning about the partnerships in each participating country opened windows into the diversity of goals across Europe. The intercultural evening was a sensory experience that immersed us in the richness of each culture represented, from typical foods to dances and traditions.
This training course not only gave me practical tools, but also new friendships. Socialising with people from different countries broadened my horizons and gave me a wider perspective on life and cultural diversity.
In Busteni, Romania, I not only learned about tools and techniques; I discovered the importance of collaboration, creativity and openness to new experiences. This experience will not only be a chapter in my story, but a treasure trove of learning and friendships that I will treasure for the rest of my life.
